Want to Learn Reiki?

Whether you want to learn for personal health and wellness or start your own Reiki practice, it all starts with Reiki Level 1.

Even if you have learned Reiki from another Reiki Master, you can continue your training with my workshops. Proof of previous Reiki training and answering my previous level questionnaire is mandatory before going to the next level.

Canadian Reiki Association Certified Teacher

I am a certified Reiki instructor and uphold the integrity of my Reiki training. You will learn in a fun, small class setting. I also provide flexible course schedules we can work out to suit your needs.

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki

The Reiki courses I teach are packed full of information about Traditional Usui Reiki methods. You will learn the original symbols passed down from the Mikao Usui lineage, information about the Chakra energy system, traditional Japanese techniques and much more.

Reiki Level 1

Course consists of 7 hours in-class time with homework assignment and a 12 case study practicum, as required by the Canadian Reiki Association. Each student receives a course manual.

Students are attuned to Reiki Level 1, receive the power symbol and instruction on how to use it. The main focus of Level 1 is to learn the hand positions for self healing and healing others. Students will learn about the history and evolution of Reiki, the Five Principles of Reiki, chakra energy systems, the 3 Pillars of Reiki and how to scan the body. Additionally students learn the ethical practices of Reiki, the 21-day cleanse and the importance of daily self-healing. Students will receive a manual that provides guidance for various healing sessions and review of the course material.

Upon completion of the Reiki Level 1 course, students receive a Reiki 1 Practitioner Certificate and are able to perform Reiki healing for self and others. This is a fun-filled day and the small class setting enables students to have plenty of practice time so they leave with a good understanding of the hand positions and how to use Reiki.

Reiki Level 1 Certificate Course

 

Reiki Level 2

Course consists of 7 hours in-class time with homework assignment and a 10 case study practicum. Each student receives a course manual.

Students are attuned to Reiki Level 2, receive two more Reiki symbols and how to use them. The main focus of Level 2 is distant healing. Students will review principles of Reiki Level 1, learn more about energy, additional Japanese techniques and how to heal unwanted habits. Reiki grids and various methods of performing distant sessions will be discussed and practiced in class. Students will receive a manual that provides guidance for distant healing sessions and review of the course material.

Upon completion of the Reiki Level 2 course, students receive a Reiki 2 Distant Healing Practitioner Certificate and are able to perform Distant Reiki healing. This is a fun-filled day and the small class setting enables students to have plenty of practice time so they leave with a good understanding of how to perform Distant Healing sessions. Homework assignment after class is to perform a distant healing session on me and report back. This can be completed within one month of completing the Reiki 2 course.

Reiki Level 2 Certificate Course

 

Reiki Level 3

This level is taught upon request. The course consists of 2 days of 7 hours in-class time with homework assignment and a 10 case study practicum, as required by the Canadian Reiki Association. Each student receives a course manual.

Students are attuned to Reiki Master/Teacher Level 3, receive the Reiki Master symbols and instruction on performing attunements on others. The main focus of Level 3 is on becoming Master of yourself, giving Reiki attunements to others in person and at a distance. Day one will be a review of Reiki Level 1 and 2. Students will receive a manual that provides guidance for teaching Reiki to others, the attunement process and review of the course material.

Day 2 we discuss various teaching methods and tools, focus on the Reiki Master symbols and the attunement process with plenty of practice. Upon completion of the Reiki Master/Teacher Level 3 course, students receive a Reiki Master/Teacher Certificate and are able to attune and teach others the ways of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. This is a fun-filled course and the small class setting enables students to have plenty of practice time so they leave with a good understanding of how to perform attunements on others. Homework assignment after class is to perform 3 in-person attunement sessions (can practice on current Reiki students) as well as send 1 distant attunement to me and report back. This is completed within two months of completing the Reiki Master/Teacher course.

Category One:

If you have had Reiki for less than one year, you need to do a Practicum using the CRA the Practicum forms. You need 24 practicum hours to qualify as a practitioner's level of membership.

You must do practice sessions with at least 3 different clients when doing your practicum or case studies. You may not accumulate all of your hours doing sessions with the same person, and you may not accumulate all of your hours with CEU's.

Continuing Education Units, or CEU's are earned by going to CRA approved Reiki exchanges. Students have a CRA accredited Teacher, sign the appropriate form for sessions during an exchange.

Category Two:

If you have been practicing Reiki for more than one year, and want to join as a Level I practitioner, you need ten in-person one-hour case studies ; Level II, you need twenty in-person one-hour case studies ; Level III, you need thirty in-person one-hour case studies.
